Day 27 - Your "Game Over" Scenario: Mithos Wins

A boy's sister dies. He spends the next four thousand years trying to revive her. He splits the world in two, kills hundreds of thousands of people, and rises himself to a godlike status just to get her back. And when he finally succeeds, she refuses, horrified by his actions. He goes mad, and in a fit of rage and confusion, kills the only people who might've accepted him after all he's done. What's left for him now?

I took this as a... 'what would happen if the party lost the final battle', sort of thing, only because I reeeeeeally wanted to draw Yggy. But I wanted to draw him in this form, just... 'cause.

Also, I looped Holy Judgement (Final Destination remix; note there's two parts) the whole time I worked on this, because it fit so nicely with the mood _{even if it does kill me with feels.}
